A 27-year educator from North Carolina, Kevin currently serves as an Area Superintendent in the state's fourth-largest district. His primary role includes coaching principals and supporting all 32 secondary schools. Prior to 2024, he served for 12 years as a high school principal, most recently at a large urban high school of 2,400 students. Kevin was named the Stokes County Principal of the Year in 2020 and co-authored Dads, Leaders, and Father Figures in 2022.
In July 2025, Kevin created a faith-forward newsletter encouraging school leaders to tackle real-world struggles with joy, resilience, and authenticity. S.T.A.R.T. Weekly has a clean, simple format designed to be read in less than 2 minutes.
